Easy 15-Day Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date except claims for missing items or items damaged in transit which claims must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise
What are the Eligibility Conditions?
All returned items must be in new original condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Exxceed can only refund the original purchase price. Taxes, shipping and handling fees charged if any are nonrefundable.
What are the nonreturnable Items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
- Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
- Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
Refunds & Credits
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please allow at least 10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
- Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Taxes, shipping and handling fees charged if any are nonrefundable.
